Most Americans report moderate to high stress in their daily lives. Many physical, mental and emotional conditions are created or exasperated by stress. Stress may never go away in our lives, but we can find ways to eliminate, reduce, and better manage parts of it. 


Melanie has been working with stress since 1998 and gets great results with her clients.

Depending on the case, we will use any combination of bodywork (CST, MFR, energy work, cupping, guasha), subconscious resetting (RMT, BEST, SER), and wellness coaching that includes self care, relaxation techniques, nutrition, self healing methods, etc.
