We know, after decades of research, that the body remembers everything. Stress stores in the tissues, and we can release it and heal it in the body. We gently use techniques as not to re-traumatize the system, allow the body to feel safe again, start to make new neural pathways, reset the trauma, then use methods to release the trauma that is currently overwhelming the system.
Depending on the case, we use any combination of bodywork, energy work, CST, MFR, RMT, BEST , and wellness coaching that includes mindfulness, meditation, breathing and relaxation techniques, self healing methods, nutrition, etc.
