Sleeping Issues and Insomnia

 

When the body is stressed or out of balance, one of the symptoms can show up as sleeping issues and insomnia. We have had great results helping clients get the body into a parasympathetic, or relaxed, state thereby allowing the body to get, and stay, asleep.
