Hey! I wanted to stop by and ask you: how the heck you’ve been? It’s Retrograde, the year 2020, and things are moving quickly...you okay? 💫
I’ve had clients in the clinic tell me how stuck they are, so we ground them, let them tune in and ask themselves “what’s one thing that would help tilt the scales for me if I did it everyday?” It doesn’t have to be big. And one thing is plenty. Don’t overwhelm yourself- we have enough pressure in the world... 💫
So what’s one thing you could add or subtract to your life that would eventually make a difference? Start now, and before you know it, it will be your new normal. I see it evvvvveryday.....literally. 💫
Just this week so far I’ve heard: meditate for 10 mins, drink celery juice, connect to my younger self, go hide in the car at lunchtime and clear/ground, start CBD, drink more water, listen to my gut, be nicer to myself. Those all rock! And they don’t take much time- just the intention. And...like we know, they would make a huge difference to those people. (And it’s fun as shit to watch!!) 💫
It’s okay to resist, it’s okay to not be motivated, it’s okay to take a nap- but it’s not okay to not take care of yourself. You deserve it, you need it, and those around you need you to. So get with it, man!! 💫
