Hello, I’m Melanie Osborn- Holistic Mental Health Therapist, Somatic Bodyworker, and Wellness Coach.

Everyday for the last 28 years, I’ve had the honor to witness how the body works and heals.



I’m grateful to be able to help clients process old trauma, blocks, and issues in their body and mind, leading to incredible healing. We use a combination of subconscious and conscious processing, parts work, somatic work and bodywork, and/or lifestyle and wellness coaching to help clients heal and get the results that they desire.

Meeting you where you are, and helping you get to where you want to be, is my number one priority. Our past, if not healed, manifests in our body and mind, and can prevent us from living our lives fully. Processing this old energy and trauma helps the system to work more efficiently and makes everything…easier.

We can use various methods that help, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Body Centered therapies such as Somatic Therapy and Brainspotting, along with BodyListening, Mindfulness, and Embodiment Practices. We use the pace and styles that work best for you to feel safe and begin to untangle and heal those things that are no longer serving you.
